BuildLink AI supports construction project management and coordination, including shift reports, records, images, video, documents, members, and AI tools for drafting and retrieval. The service does not replace legal or engineering advice, design, professional supervision, or decisions made by project parties.
2. Trial access
BuildLink AI provides trial access to suitable teams. The scope, duration, and conditions of a trial are discussed directly with each customer or project team.
3. Accounts and user responsibilities
Users are responsible for their sign-in information, the content they create, and actions taken through their accounts. Project owners and authorized people are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, reporting permissions, and access to each member.
You must ensure that information you provide is appropriate, that you have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe third-party rights. You may not share accounts, access project data without authorization, distribute invite codes improperly, or use the service to harm people or systems.
4. Project content and AI
You retain rights in lawful content you provide. You grant BuildLink AI the permissions needed to store, synchronize, display to authorized members, and process that content to operate the service.
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review it before using a record, report, observation, or AI-provided information in a real-world decision. AI must not replace field inspection, engineering approval, or confirmation between project parties.
5. Availability and service changes
We work to keep the service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for every situation. BuildLink AI may update, maintain, or change features to improve quality, security, and legal compliance.
6. Suspension, termination, and contact
We may restrict or end access when there are signs of a terms violation, a security risk, or a legal requirement. You may request account deletion through the Data deletion page and send terms questions to the support email.
