1. Delete from the application
If you can still sign in, open Profile, select Delete account, and confirm. This is the fastest way to start the deletion process.
2. Request deletion by email
If you removed the application or cannot sign in, send an email with the subject “BuildLink AI account deletion request.” Include the email address or phone number associated with the account. We may request additional information to verify that you own the account.
3. What will be handled
- The sign-in account, personal profile, and device tokens will be deleted or disabled after verification.
- You will no longer be able to sign in or access BuildLink AI data through the deleted account.
- Some records, reports, images, video, or documents in a shared project may be retained in a controlled manner to preserve project history, protect the rights of the parties, maintain security, or meet legal duties. Related personal data will be removed or anonymized where appropriate.
4. Processing time
BuildLink AI will respond after receiving the request and complete it within a reasonable period, normally no more than 30 days after verification, unless some data must be retained for legal, security, or dispute-related reasons. We will tell you if an exception applies.
